Supplies needed:
M5x0.8 x 12mm Thread forming screws, M5x0.8 x 5mm machine screws, M5 acorn nuts, M10 serrated flange bolts, M10 serrated flange hex nuts, Brush Entry Cable Manager Cover (PR2V**CACFSTC**), Rack Extension Top Cover (AR4PCACTC**), Vertical Cable Manager Extension Bottom Cover (PR2CACFEP2** / PR2CACFEP962**), Vertical Cable Manager Extension Top Cover (PR2CACFEP2** / PR2CACFEP962**), Joining Plates, Rubber Flap Seals, Hole Blanking Plugs (PR2VBPK), M8 hex nuts, M8 screws, Rack Upper Blanking Panel (AR4P-AC-KIT(WH))
- Install the Brush Entry Cover on the PR2V Cable Manager
Place the cover assembly over the top opening of the cable manager. Align the cover assembly mount slots with the extruded holes on the front to back cable manager door hinge channels (2 holes per side). Install the M5x0.8 x 12mm thread forming screws into the extruded holes using a drill/driver with a T25 Torx drive bit. Note: If using a Front & Back Cable Manager, orient the Cable Manager so the larger side faces forward. Only one M5 screw is used per side of the Cable Manager.
- Install the Rack Extension Top Cover between Vertical Cable Managers
Position the rack cover extension in front of the top area of the AR4P rack, between the two PR2V**CACFSTC** covers previously installed. Ensure the short flange on the rack extension cover is oriented over the cable manager door. Align the rack extension cover mount slots with the tapped holes on the top of the vertical manager covers (2 holes per side). Install the M5x0.8 x 5mm machine screws into the tapped holes using a drill/driver with a T25 Torx drive bit.
- Install the Bottom Vertical Cable Manager Extension Cover
Position the bottom cover against the vertical cable manager, ensuring the flap seal flange points inward, towards the molded fingers. Attach a joining plate to the top of the bottom cover with the threaded studs pointed outward. Secure the joining plate with two M5 acorn nuts. Attach the bottom cover to the side of the vertical cable manager using two M10 serrated flange hex bolts and two M10 serrated flange hex nuts.
- Install the Top Vertical Cable Manager Extension Cover
Remove the two M5 screws from the outer side of the PR2V**CACFSTC** assembly. Position the top cover against the vertical cable manager, ensuring the flap seal flange points inward, towards the molded fingers. Attach the top cover to the side of the vertical cable manager using two M10 serrated flange hex bolts and two M10 serrated flange hex nuts. Attach a joining plate to the bottom of the top cover with the threaded studs pointed outward. Secure the joining plate with two M5 acorn nuts. Re-attach the two M5 screws, securing the top cover to the PR2V**CACFSTC** assembly.
- Install the Flap Seal on the Side Cover
Position the rubber flap seal and slide it onto the short flange of the side cover. Ensure the flap seal is fully seated on the flange. Verify that the flap seal is positioned to form a seal against the vertical cable manager door when it opens and closes.
- Install Hole Blanking Plugs
Press the blanking plugs over the pass-through holes on the cable management fingers. Ensure the plugs are firmly pressed into place.
- Install the Rack Upper Blanking Panel (Optional)
Align the holes for the Top Panel with the rack top angle bracket. Secure the Top Panel in place using M8 hex nuts and M8 screws.
