This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the PR2CACFEP2BL vertical cable manager extension covers, including attaching the bottom and top covers and the flap seals to a PR2V**CACFSTC** vertical cable manager.

Drill/Driver with T25 Torx drive bit, 15mm socket wrench, 8mm socket wrench
Supplies needed:
M5 acorn nuts, M10 serrated flange bolts, M10 serrated flange hex nuts, Vertical cable manager extension top covers, Vertical cable manager extension bottom covers, Joining plates, Rubber flap seals
- Install the Bottom Cover Assembly
Position the bottom cover against the vertical cable manager, ensuring the flap seal flange points inward towards the molded fingers. Attach a joining plate to the top of the bottom cover, ensuring the threaded studs point outward, and secure it with two M5 acorn nuts. Secure the bottom cover to the side of the vertical cable manager using two M10 serrated flange hex bolts and two M10 serrated flange hex nuts.
- Install the Top Cover Assembly
Remove the two M5 screws from the outer side of the existing PR2V**CACFSTC** cable manager cover assembly. Position the top cover against the vertical cable manager, ensuring the flap seal flange points inward towards the molded fingers. Attach the top cover to the side of the vertical cable manager using two M10 serrated flange hex bolts and two M10 serrated flange hex nuts. Attach a joining plate to the bottom of the top cover, ensuring the threaded studs point outward, and secure it with two M5 acorn nuts. Re-attach the two M5 screws to secure the top cover to the PR2V**CACFSTC** cable manager cover assembly.
- Install the Flap Seal
Position the rubber flap seal and slide it onto the short flange of the side cover. Ensure the flap seal is fully seated on the flange to form a proper seal against the vertical cable manager door when opening and closing.
