Overview

The EWZ101 is a 7-day astronomic lighting control timer, ideal for applications in the home, office, factory, church or school. Use a photocell sensor to detect when the ambient light level drops below a programmable threshold, then turn on everything from signage to meeting room lights. Program in up to 20 different on/off settings with unique schedules for each day of the week using the simple interface in order to control equipment exactly as needed. In addition to the astronomic sunset/sunrise programming and the customizable schedule, the EWZ101 also features automatic daylight savings and leap year adjustment and a manual override. This timer features 1 output channel and contains a supercapacitor that provides 4 days of backup power in the event of a power outage. Additionally, the inrush current limiting technology protects the relay contacts in the event of a surge. Choose a digital timer from TORK, a pioneer in the time switch industry since 1922.

The FSO 12 safety functions module supports the following functions according to EN/IEC 61800-5-2:2007: Safe Torque Off (STO) (standard feature of the drive), Safe Brake Control (SBC), Safe Stop 1 (SS1), and, Safely-Limited Speed (SLS). Additional safety functions supported but not specified in EN/IEC 61800-5-2:2007: Safe Stop Emergency (SSE), Safe Maximum Speed (SMS), and, Prevention of Unexpected Start-up (POUS). The FSO 12 does not operate the drive, it only monitors the actions of the drive and commands safety functions to be executed. The request for safety functions can come from an external safety system, safety PLC or from an FSO 12 internal fault. The FSO module monitors that the drive operates within the configured limits, and if the limits are exceeded, activates the STO function in the drive within the response time. Activation of the drive STO function removes the torque and, if so configured, applies the brake. Commissioning and configuration of the safety functions requires Drive composer pro (DCPT-01-KIT). NOTE: The Safe Torque Off (STO) function does not disconnect the voltage of the main and auxiliary circuits from the drive. NOTE: This module does not support an encoder in safety applications.
