The 68-HP-FMK flush mounting kit includes a mounting frame, voltage divider, 3 device plates (1 center GFCI/rectangular plate and 2 side rectangular plates), and 3 duplex inserts.

The floor box has 3 compartments for standard devices. Each compartment includes 1 knockout for power and 1 knockout for data.

The floor box accepts standard devices from any manufacturer, including duplex, GFCI, locking, hospital grade, and isolated ground receptacles.

Cover options include aluminum with brushed finish, solid brass with brushed finish, and aluminum with black powder-coated finish. Load ratings range from 1,000 to 1,500 pounds.

The floor box requires no leveling before concrete pour, uses stainless steel retention barbs instead of gluing, and has a round design that eliminates alignment with walls during installation.
