How to Install the VC0416012 VCool System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and setting up the VC0416012 VCool System for cooling industrial cabinets using filtered compressed air.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Terminal connectors, Locknut, Ducting kit
- Prepare the enclosure
Cut a 1-1/8” hole in the enclosure using a suitable cutting tool. Ensure the edges are smooth to avoid damage.
- Install the VCool unit
Insert the VC0416012 VCool unit into the cut-out hole and secure it with the provided locknut. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Connect the ducting kit
Perforate the ducting kit with several 1/8” holes and secure it to the interior of the enclosure. Attach the ducting kit to the cold outlet of the VCool.
- Wire the components
Connect the compressed air filter, solenoid valve, and thermostat to the VC0416012. Wire the thermostat directly to the solenoid valve.
- Connect the compressed air supply
Connect the compressed air supply to the filter. Ensure that the filter and solenoid valve are installed in a location where the temperature does not exceed 125°F (52°C).
- Verify installation
Check all connections for security and ensure that the VCool unit is properly mounted. Use a multimeter to verify electrical connections if necessary.
