Overview

The nVent SSTB304012 stainless steel terminal box provides IP66 and Type 4X protection for critical electrical and industrial applications. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a brushed finish, this enclosure delivers superior corrosion resistance and a professional appearance for indoor and outdoor installations. The 300x400x120mm dimensions offer ample internal space for complex wiring harnesses while maintaining a compact footprint. The 1mm thick body and 1.5mm thick cover are seam-welded for structural integrity, ensuring IK08 impact resistance to protect against accidental damage. Four M6x13 studs on the bottom enable secure mounting to DIN rails, wall brackets, or pole fixation systems. Optional accessories like hinges and mounting plates allow customized installation configurations. Compatible with control panels, junction boxes, and distribution systems, the SSTB304012 is ideal for industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, chemical processing, food & beverage, and renewable energy. Its stainless steel construction resists corrosion from chemicals, humidity, and temperature fluctuations, making it suitable for coastal environments, refrigeration facilities, and outdoor substations.
