Overview

The nVent SSTB206012 Stainless Steel Terminal Box provides robust protection for industrial electrical and electronic components in harsh environments. Constructed from AISI 304L stainless steel with a brushed finish, this terminal box measures 200x600x120mm and delivers superior corrosion resistance for indoor and outdoor applications. Its IP66 rating ensures complete protection against dust ingress and high-pressure water jets, while NEMA Type 4X/12/13 compliance guarantees resistance to corrosion, moisture, and physical impact. The 1mm body and 1.5mm cover are seam-welded for structural integrity, meeting IK08 impact resistance standards. Ideal for control panels, junction boxes, and instrumentation housing, the SSTB206012 is widely used in manufacturing, chemical processing, water treatment, and renewable energy sectors. Pre-drilled mounting points facilitate easy bottom installation, and the spacious interior accommodates complex wiring layouts. For applications requiring enhanced chemical resistance, AISI 316L stainless steel is available as an alternative. This terminal box is manufactured in the US and designed for long-term reliability in demanding industrial settings.
