Overview

The nVent SSTB205012 Stainless Steel Terminal Box (SKU SSTB205012) provides reliable protection for electrical connections in corrosive and wet industrial environments. Constructed from AISI 304L pre-grained stainless steel, this terminal box delivers superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for chemical processing, food and beverage, wastewater treatment, marine, and outdoor infrastructure projects. Its 1 mm thick body and 1.5 mm thick cover ensure robust mechanical protection against impacts and environmental stress. The IP66-rated enclosure prevents water and dust ingress, safeguarding sensitive electrical components from moisture, dust, and corrosive elements. This reduces the risk of component failure and costly downtime, ensuring operational continuity. The box supports flexible installation with provisions for mounting plates, bottom profiles, DIN rails, and wall mounting brackets (sold separately), allowing integration into existing electrical systems. The nVent SSTB series is designed for versatility, reliability, and long service life in demanding applications where durability and longevity are critical.
