The nVent QLine D Pushbutton Enclosure (SKU: Q1PBPCDM) offers robust protection for single 22.5mm pushbuttons in demanding industrial and commercial settings. Constructed from high-impact, halogen-free polycarbonate, this enclosure meets NEMA/EEMAC Type 4, 4X, 12, 13 and IEC 60529 IP67 standards, providing superior resistance to corrosion, water, and dust ingress. Its contoured body and flush stainless steel cover screws contribute to a contemporary aesthetic. The polycarbonate material is easily punched, drilled, filed, or sawed, and offers excellent impact strength and chemical inertness, safeguarding sensitive control components. Mounting holes are molded directly adjacent to cover screws, and removable caps protect these screws while enhancing appearance and tamper resistance. Seamless foam-in-place gaskets ensure a watertight and dust-tight seal. Ideal for insulating and housing 22.5mm pushbuttons in hostile environments, it is suitable for control stations, operator interfaces, and emergency stop applications. The light gray (RAL 7035) finish is consistent inside and out. UL 508A Listed and cUL Listed per CSA C22.2 No 94.
