Mounting screws, Appropriate DIN rail (if applicable)
- Select Mounting Method
Determine if you will be mounting the enclosure to a DIN rail or directly to a surface. Refer to the product specifications for compatible DIN rail sizes or mounting hole locations. For direct mounting, ensure you have appropriate screws for the surface material.
- Prepare the Enclosure
If using a DIN rail, ensure the correct size DIN rail is installed in your desired location. If mounting directly, mark the enclosure's mounting hole locations on the surface. For enclosures with quick-release screws, ensure they are in the open position for easier access.
- Mount the Enclosure
If using a DIN rail, slide the enclosure's mounting clip onto the rail and secure it. If mounting directly, align the enclosure with your marks and fasten it using appropriate screws. Ensure the enclosure is securely attached and level.
- Close the Enclosure
Place the cover onto the enclosure base, ensuring the gasket is properly seated. Secure the cover using the provided screws. For quick-release models, turn the quarter-turn screws to lock the cover.
