The Kessler Ellis E200 (SKU: E200) is a US-made rain-tight outdoor enclosure designed for industrial equipment in exposed locations. Constructed from 2mm steel, it provides robust durability and environmental resistance. The one-piece body features integrated depth profiles for adjustable mounting plate positioning, enabling flexible installation in tight or variable spaces. The E200 includes double-walled construction with ventilation openings on the door and rear/lateral walls to maintain optimal operating temperatures for sensitive electronics. Its integrated sloped rainhood with gutter and perimeter ventilation channels effectively directs water away, enhancing weatherproofing in harsh conditions. Certified to IP66 (dust and water ingress protection), NEMA Type 4X (corrosion and washdown resistance), and compliant with Type 12/13 standards, the E200 is suitable for outdoor industrial applications requiring high ingress protection. With a bottom plate, it achieves IK10 impact resistance, protecting against mechanical damage. It also complies with EN61969-3 for climatic and chemical resistance, ensuring reliability in diverse environments.
