Overview

The nVent HGF5ETH InterSafe Data Interface Port provides secure, in-panel access to industrial Ethernet/ProfiNet networks without compromising enclosure integrity. This steel-constructed interface port features a 120 VAC GFCI receptacle, a 5-amp circuit breaker, and an RJ45 connector with a 10-foot cable for direct connection to automation devices. Designed for Allen-Bradley, GE Fanuc, Groupe Schneider, and Siemens systems, it eliminates the need to open enclosure doors during programming or diagnostics, reducing arc flash hazards and contamination risks in harsh environments. The 16-gauge steel housing with RAL 9005 black powder coating meets Type 4/4X/12 enclosure requirements, ensuring durability in industrial settings. With integrated safety features and broad protocol compatibility, the HGF5ETH streamlines maintenance workflows while maintaining enclosure protection. Ideal for manufacturing plants, process control facilities, and automation systems requiring frequent device access.
  • Steel and Stainless Steel doors are welded and ground
  • All standard configurations include a GFCI or standard duplex receptacle with a 5-A circuit breaker for added safety
  • Door gasket (between the door and plate assemblies) and plate gasket (between the plate assembly and the enclosure) together provide a tight seal
  • Template provided for accurate enclosure cutout dimensions
  • Quarter-turn latch with screwdriver slot and padlock hasp on all steel and stainless steel door models for convenience and security
