How to Install the HF Filter Fan
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the HF Filter Fan into an enclosure, ensuring proper mounting and wiring.

Screwdriver, Wire strippers, Drill, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Terminal connectors, Cutout template
- Prepare the enclosure
Apply the cutout template to the desired location on the side of the enclosure and cut out the hole using the appropriate size for your model.
- Install the filter fan
Insert the filter fan into the cutout until all four corners snap and lock into place. If necessary, use mounting fasteners for thicker materials.
- Wire the filter fan
Follow the wiring diagrams provided to connect the filter fan to the power supply, ensuring all connections are secure and properly insulated.
- Verify installation
Check that the installed filter fan has a minimum clearance of 7.00 inches (178 mm) from any obstructions and that all wiring is correctly connected.
- Calibrate the fan
Power on the filter fan and use a multimeter to verify that it operates within the specified voltage range. Adjust connections if necessary.
