This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Feed-Through Wireway, ensuring proper assembly and connection.

Screwdriver, Drill, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Terminal connectors, Cap nuts, Lockwashers
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Install the telescope fitting
Assemble the telescope fitting parts in the correct order, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length. Ensure the gasket is properly positioned against the flange.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
Drill .25 inch diameter holes through the straight section and telescope fitting. Install .25−20x.5 screws through the holes from the outside and secure with cap nuts and lockwashers.
- Make box entries
Cut out the necessary openings in the enclosure for the box connector. Position the connector flange and gasket inside the enclosure, and secure the wireway section to the outside with another gasket.
- Verify grounding continuity
If the wireway is to be used for grounding, ensure that there is a continuous grounding connection across the telescope fitting.
- Calibrate the installation
After installation, check all connections with a multimeter to ensure proper electrical continuity and grounding.
