Quick release flat sealing plates, Fasteners

  1. Install sealing plates

    Install the special quick release flat sealing plates with the formed sides of tabs facing toward the cover of the inside opening 90° elbow.

  2. Position fasteners

    Position the fasteners as shown in the documentation when fastening the wireway flanges together, especially along the open side.

  3. Miter corners for 2.5 x 2.5 size

    For the 2.5 x 2.5 size only, miter the two corners of the cover to .312 x 45° using a grinder, bolt cutter, or hacksaw if not done at the factory.
