This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Feed-Through Wireway, ensuring proper assembly and connection.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Drill, Wire strippers
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Lockwashers, .25−20x.5 screws, .25−20 threaded rods
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Install the telescope fitting
Insert the telescope fitting into the straight section and adjust to the desired length. Ensure the gasket is properly seated against the flange.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
Drill .25 inch diameter holes through the straight section and telescope fitting. Install .25−20x.5 screws from the outside and secure with cap nuts and lockwashers.
- Cut the wireway to length
Cut the wireway body to the desired length, ensuring a square cut. Weld an extra flange to the body and grind off any sharp edges.
- Install swivel nipples
Position the wireway section, flange gasket, swivel ring, and swivel nipple in order. Secure with clips, screws, and nuts as specified.
- Make box entries
Cut out the necessary openings in the enclosure for box entries. Position the box connector and gasket inside the enclosure, ensuring proper alignment.
- Install hangers
Assemble the hangers as shown in the details and attach them to the wireway flanges in the desired positions.
