This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Feed-Through Wireway, ensuring proper assembly and connection.

Screwdriver, Drill, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Terminal connectors, Cap nuts, Lockwashers
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Install the telescope fitting
Assemble the telescope fitting parts in the correct order, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length. Ensure the gasket is properly positioned and secure it with a compression ring.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
Drill .25 inch diameter holes through the straight section and telescope fitting. Install .25−20x.5 screws from the outside and secure with cap nuts and lockwashers to ensure stability.
- Make necessary cutouts
If required, cut the wireway to the desired length, ensuring to leave space for flanges and gaskets. Grind off any sharp edges and apply touch-up paint if necessary.
- Install swivel nipples
Position the wireway section, flange gasket, swivel ring, and swivel nipple in the correct order. Secure with clips, screws, and nuts as specified in the installation details.
- Verify grounding continuity
If the wireway is used for grounding, ensure that provisions are made for grounding continuity across the telescope fitting.
