How to Install the F66LX Wireway

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the F66LX wireway, ensuring proper assembly and sealing for optimal performance.

Supplies needed:

Mounting screws, Gaskets, Terminal connectors, Sealant

  1. Assemble the wireway sections

    Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.

  2. Seal the joints

    After installing the wires, seal each joint between the sections using either the LSGQR fitting method or the 90° angle sealing plate method as described in the installation instructions.

  3. Install the wireway into the enclosure

    Make a cutout in the enclosure as specified, position the box connector and gasket inside, and attach the wireway section to the outside surface of the enclosure.

  4. Adjust and anchor the telescope fitting

    Assemble the telescope fitting with the compression ring and gasket, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length. Anchor it using screws or threaded rods as necessary.

  5. Calibrate the wireway

    Ensure that all sections are level and securely fastened. Check for proper grounding continuity if the wireway is to be used for grounding.
