How to Install the F66LA Wireway

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the F66LA wireway system, ensuring proper assembly and sealing.

Estimated time: 1h

Tools needed:

Screwdriver, Drill, Wrench

Supplies needed:

Mounting screws, Gaskets, Terminal connectors

  1. Assemble wireway sections

Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.

  2. Seal joints between sections

For joints between lay-in sections, position the LSGQR fitting, leaving out the top flange screw on the hinge side, and install it with a shoulder bolt through the flange. Ensure gaskets are visible from above.

  3. Install box entries

Make a cutout in the control enclosure as specified, position the box connector and gasket inside, and seal with a 90° angle sealing plate as described in the installation instructions.

  4. Adjust telescope fitting

Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting body, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length before securing with screws and nuts.

  5. Anchor telescope fitting

If the telescope fitting is used vertically, drill .25 inch diameter holes through the sides and bottom of the straight section and telescope fitting, then install .25−20x.5 screws with cap nuts and lockwashers.
