The LDPH10 power rated Surface Raceway is a two-piece latching raceway with cover suitable for applications up to 600 V. It features pre-punched mounting holes and factory-applied adhesive backing for fast mounting. It is 6 feet in length and is 1.52 inches wide by 0.86 inches deep. It meets TIA/EIA Standards, is UL5A Listed, and is UL Compliant. It is International Gray.
How to Install the Lay-In Wireway
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and sealing a Lay-In Wireway for effective cable management.

Screwdriver, Drill, Wrench
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Sealing plates
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.
- Seal the joints
For joints between lay-in sections, position the LSGQR fitting and install it with a shoulder bolt, ensuring the gaskets are visible from above. Rotate the cam to lock the position.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the control enclosure for the wireway entry. Position the box connector and gasket inside the enclosure, then install a 90° sealing plate as described in the installation details.
- Adjust and anchor telescope fitting
Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting. Insert it into the straight section and adjust to the desired length. Drill holes and install screws to anchor the fitting if necessary.
- Calibrate the wireway
Ensure all sections are level and securely fastened. Check for grounding continuity if the wireway is to be used as ground.
