Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Terminal connectors, Nuts, Lockwashers
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.
- Seal the joints
After installing the wires, seal each joint between sections using either the LSGQR fitting or the 90° angle sealing plate, ensuring that gaskets are visible and properly positioned.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the control enclosure for the wireway entry, position the box connector and gasket inside, and install a sealing plate as described in the installation details.
- Adjust telescope fitting
Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length before securing it with screws and nuts.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
If the telescope fitting is used vertically, drill .25 inch diameter holes through the fitting and straight section, then install screws and cap nuts to secure it.
- Calibrate and finalize installation
After all components are installed, verify all connections and seals, ensuring that the wireway is securely mounted and ready for use.
