The LD10 Surface Raceway channel is a one-piece latching channel with integrated cover and is designed to route, protect, and conceal data, voice, and video cabling. It features a factory-applied adhesive backing for fast mounting. It is 8 feet in length and is 1.5 inches wide by 0.94 inches deep. It meets TIA/EIA, used in applications up to 50 V. It is constructed of rigid PVC and is International Gray.
How to Install the Lay-In Wireway
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and sealing a Lay-In Wireway for effective cable management.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Drill, Wrench
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Sealing plates
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.
- Seal the joints
For joints between lay-in sections, use the LSGQR fitting and install it by leaving out the top flange screw on the hinge side. Ensure gaskets are visible and rotate the cam to lock.
- Make box entries
Cut out the necessary openings in the control enclosure as specified, position the box connector and gasket inside, and install a 90° angle sealing plate as described.
- Adjust telescope fitting
Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting body. Insert it into the straight section and adjust to the desired length.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
Drill .25 inch diameter holes through the sides and bottom of the straight section and telescope fitting. Install .25−20x.5 screws and secure with cap nuts and lockwashers.
