This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Feed-Through Wireway, ensuring proper assembly and connection.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Drill, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Terminal connectors, .25−20 screws, Cap nuts, Lockwashers
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Install the telescope fitting
Assemble the parts of the telescope fitting in the correct order, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length. Ensure the gasket is properly positioned against the flange.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
Drill .25 inch diameter holes through the sides of the straight section and telescope fitting. Install .25−20x.5 screws from the outside and secure with cap nuts and lockwashers.
- Install swivel nipples
Position the wireway section, flange gasket, swivel ring, round swivel gasket, and swivel nipple in that order. Secure with clips, screws, and nuts.
- Make box entries
Trace the box entry cutout on the outside of the enclosure using the provided connector flange as a pattern. Cut the marked area and install the connector flange and gasket inside the enclosure.
- Verify grounding continuity
If the wireway is to be used as ground, ensure that provisions are made for grounding continuity across the telescope fitting.
- Calibrate the installation
After installation, verify all connections with a multimeter to ensure proper electrical continuity and grounding.
