The LDPH10 power rated Surface Raceway is a two-piece latching raceway with cover suitable for applications up to 600 V. It features pre-punched mounting holes and factory-applied adhesive backing for fast mounting. It is 6 feet in length and is 1.52 inches wide by 0.86 inches deep. It meets TIA/EIA Standards, is UL5A Listed, and is UL Compliant. It is International Gray.
How to Install the Lay-In Wireway
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and sealing a Lay-In Wireway for effective cable management.

Screwdriver, Drill, Wrench
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Sealing plates
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Seal the joints
For joints between lay-in sections, position the LSGQR fitting, leaving out the top flange screw on the hinge side. Install the fitting with a shoulder bolt and ensure gaskets are visible from above.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the control enclosure as specified. Position the box connector and a gasket inside the enclosure, then install a 90° angle sealing plate to secure the connection.
- Adjust and anchor telescope fitting
Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting. Insert the fitting into the straight section and adjust to the desired length. Secure it by drilling holes and installing screws.
- Calibrate the wireway
Ensure all sections are aligned and securely fastened. Check for grounding continuity if the wireway is to be used for grounding.
