This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Feed-Through Wireway, ensuring proper assembly and secure connections.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Lockwashers
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.
- Install the telescope fitting
Assemble the telescope fitting parts in the correct order, insert the body into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length. Ensure the gasket is properly positioned against the flange.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
Drill .25 inch diameter holes through the straight section and telescope fitting. Install .25−20x.5 screws through the holes from the outside and secure with cap nuts and lockwashers.
- Cut the wireway to length
Cut the wireway body to the desired length, ensuring a square cut. Weld an extra flange to the body and grind off any sharp edges.
- Install the swivel nipple
Position the wireway section, flange gasket, swivel ring, and swivel nipple in the correct order. Secure with screws and nuts, ensuring the clips are properly placed over the swivel nipple.
- Make box entries
Cut out the necessary openings in the enclosure as shown in the details. Position the box connector and gasket inside the enclosure, and ensure another gasket is placed between the wireway and the enclosure.
- Assemble hangers
Assemble the hangers as shown in the details, ensuring they are attached to the wireway flanges in the desired positions.
