The LDPH10 power rated Surface Raceway is a two-piece latching raceway with cover suitable for applications up to 600 V. It features pre-punched mounting holes and factory-applied adhesive backing for fast mounting. It is 6 feet in length and is 1.52 inches wide by 0.86 inches deep. How to Install the Lay-In Wireway
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and sealing a Lay-In Wireway for effective cable management.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Sealing plates
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Seal the joints
For joints between lay-in sections, position the LSGQR fitting and install it with a shoulder bolt, ensuring gaskets are visible on both sides. Rotate the cam to lock the position.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the control enclosure as specified, position the box connector and gasket inside, and seal the joint with a 90° angle sealing plate.
- Adjust telescope fitting
Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting. Insert it into the straight section and adjust to the desired length.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
Drill .25 inch diameter holes through the sides and bottom of the straight section and telescope fitting. Install .25−20x.5 screws through the holes and secure with cap nuts and lockwashers.
- Calibrate the wireway
Ensure that the wireway is level and securely mounted. Check all connections and seals for proper installation.
