This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and sealing a Lay-In Wireway for effective cable management.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Sealing plates
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.
- Seal the joints
After installing the wires, seal each joint between the sections using either the LSGQR fitting method or the 90° sealing plate method, ensuring all gaskets are properly positioned.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the enclosure for the wireway entry, position the box connector and gasket inside the enclosure, and install a sealing plate as described in the installation details.
- Adjust telescope fitting
Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length. Secure with screws and nuts.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
If the telescope fitting is used vertically, drill .25 inch diameter holes through the sides and bottom of the straight section and telescope fitting, then install screws and cap nuts.
