The LDPH10 power rated Surface Raceway is a two-piece latching raceway with cover suitable for applications up to 600 V. It features pre-punched mounting holes and factory-applied adhesive backing for fast mounting. It is 6 feet in length and is 1.52 inches wide by 0.86 inches deep. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing a 90° elbow wireway with sealing plates.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Grinder, Bolt cutter, Hacksaw
Supplies needed:
Quick release flat sealing plates, Fasteners
- Install sealing plates
Install the special quick release flat sealing plates with the formed sides of the tabs facing toward the cover of the inside opening 90° elbow.
- Position fasteners
Position the fasteners as shown in the documentation when fastening the wireway flanges together, especially along the open side.
- Open or close cover
For sizes 4x4 and larger, open or close the cover of the inside opening elbow with the sealing plates in the latched position as shown.
- Miter corners for smaller sizes
For the 2.5 x 2.5 size only, miter the two corners of the cover to .312 x 45°. This can be done quickly with a grinder, bolt cutter, or hacksaw.
