Overview

The nVent F22LE9C is a 2.50" x 2.50" 90-degree outside opening elbow designed specifically for nVent Lay-In Wireway systems, ensuring precise routing of electrical conductors in tight spaces. Constructed from durable mild steel with a gray finish, this fitting provides long-lasting protection and corrosion resistance for demanding industrial environments. Its key feature is maintaining the 'lay-in' functionality, allowing for effortless wire pulling, inspection, and maintenance without requiring full system disassembly, which significantly reduces downtime during upgrades or repairs. The elbow facilitates sharp, right-angle turns in wireway runs, specifically directing the path outward from a junction to optimize space utilization and maintain electrical system efficiency. The design is fully compatible with nVent's hinged-cover Lay-In Wireway system, simplifying installation and reducing labor costs by enabling quick access and tool-free adjustments. Applications include manufacturing plants, data centers, commercial buildings, and industrial control panels where reliable wire management is critical. The product is manufactured in the USA, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to stringent industry standards. Additional details include the SKU F22LE9C and UNSPSC code 39131710, confirming its classification within electrical fittings and accessories.
  • Lay-in Hinged-Cover 90-Degree Elbows are used for right-angle wireway installations
  • Because sections of lay-in wireway can be mounted with covers oriented in any direction, three different 90-degree elbows are available
  • Proper selection allows the user to maintain the same access and thereby preserve the lay-in feature for right-angle installations
  • Durable mild steel construction
  • Gray finish
