How to Install the CMC24 Controller
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and wiring the CMC24 Controller on a DIN rail.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Torque wrench, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
M8 flanged nuts, Channel nuts, Mounting screws, Terminal connectors
- Prepare the mounting channels
Insert one channel nut for each DIN rail/grid strap into the mounting channel before attaching it to the enclosure.
- Mount the channels
Slide the mounting channel over the studs at the rear of the enclosure and secure it using M8 flanged nuts. Torque the nuts to 50 in-lbs (6 Nm) to ensure a firm attachment.
- Attach the CMC24 Controller
Secure the CMC24 Controller to the mounted channels using the integrated clips, ensuring it is level and firmly attached.
- Connect wiring
Use wire strippers to prepare the wires and connect them to the appropriate terminals on the CMC24 Controller, ensuring proper polarity.
- Verify connections
Use a multimeter to check the connections for continuity and correct voltage levels before powering on the controller.
