Dimensions are 5 in. height, 6-7/8 in. width, and 3/8 in. depth. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and wiring the CRA12TH Controller securely within an enclosure.

Supplies needed:
M4 or M5 pan-head machine screws, Sealing washers, Shims, Rack angles
- Drill mounting holes
Using a drill, create four .203 inch (5mm) diameter holes for M4 screws or .250 inch (6mm) holes for M5 screws at the center-punch locations on the enclosure body flange.
- Attach hinge mounting brackets
Orient the hinge mounting brackets as shown and fasten them to the inside of the enclosure using M4 or M5 pan-head machine screws with sealing washers. Torque the screws to 22 in-lbs (2.5 Nm).
- Install shims
Position a shim in the top slot of each hinge mounting bracket, ensuring that all four shims are securely placed.
- Attach rack angles
Orient the rack angles as shown, select one set of .203 (5mm) diameter holes, and align them with the holes in the shims. Secure with M5 pan-head machine screws and torque to 22 in-lbs (2.5 Nm).
