Supplies needed:
M5 stainless steel screws, Cable seals, Washers, Nuts
- Prepare the installation area
Ensure the installation area is clean and free of debris. Verify that the enclosure is suitable for the CCFO14 cable entry gland plate.
- Guide cables through the frame
Insert the cables through the frame of the CCFO14, ensuring that they are positioned correctly for sealing.
- Attach seals and assemble the hood
Attach the seals to the cables, then assemble the hood by inserting washers and nuts. Tighten the nuts from inside to a torque of 3 Nm (26 in-lbs).
- Secure the inlays
Click the inlays into position and ensure they are properly seated. Push the seals all the way in to ensure a tight fit.
- Finalize the installation
Snap the hood onto the frame and remove any optional locking bars if not needed. Press the tabs on the sides to secure the assembly.
