How to Install the CCFO610 Cable Entry System

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the CCFO610 cable entry system, including mounting, sealing, and assembly.

M5 stainless steel screws, Cable seals, Washers, Nuts

  1. Prepare the installation area

    Ensure the installation area is clean and free of obstructions. Verify that the enclosure is compatible with the CCFO610 dimensions.

  2. Mount the gland plate

    Secure the gland plate to the enclosure using four M5 stainless steel screws. Ensure the screws are tightened to a torque of 3 Nm (26 in-lbs).

  3. Guide cables and attach seals

    Guide the cables through the frame and attach the seals to the cables, ensuring they fit snugly to prevent ingress.

  4. Assemble the hood

    Insert washers and nuts into the hood assembly. Tighten the nuts from the inside to secure the hood in place.

  5. Finalize the installation

    Click the inlays into position, push the seals all the way in, and snap the hood onto the frame. Remove any optional locking bars if not needed.
