Overview

The nVent CCFO816 Modular Inverted Cable Entry System is a black polyamide cable entry solution with NBR/EPDM seals, measuring 64x126x24mm. Designed for external snap-in mounting on enclosures with 1.4–2mm wall thickness, it enables all cable routing, sealing, and strain relief operations from outside the enclosure. This inverted design simplifies installation and maintenance in confined spaces or pre-populated cabinets, reducing downtime and labor costs. The system supports both pre-assembled and unassembled cables, with or without connectors, offering versatile compatibility for control cabinets, automation systems, and power distribution units. Its modular construction allows customization to specific project requirements, while the IP65 rating ensures reliable protection against dust and water ingress when properly installed. The flame-retardant V-0 rated housing operates reliably from -30°C to +90°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. Key specifications include a 64x126x24mm footprint, external snap-in mounting, and compatibility with nVent’s cable management ecosystem. The black finish integrates seamlessly with most enclosure designs, providing a professional and discreet appearance. Trusted by professionals, the CCFO816 is an essential component for secure, organized, and code-compliant cable entry in demanding applications.
