This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the CCFI816 cable entry system, ensuring proper mounting and wiring for optimal performance.

Screwdriver, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws (M5 stainless steel), Terminal connectors
- Prepare the installation site
Ensure the installation area is clean and free of debris. Verify that the enclosure can accommodate the CCFI816 dimensions.
- Mount the CCFI816
Secure the CCFI816 to the enclosure using four M5 stainless steel screws. Ensure the screws are tightened to a torque of 3 Nm (26 in-lbs) and that the unit is level.
- Connect the cable entry glands
Insert the cable entry glands into the designated cutouts of the CCFI816. Push the seals all the way in to ensure a tight fit.
- Wire the connections
Strip the ends of the wires and connect them to the terminal connectors as per the wiring diagram. Use a multimeter to verify correct connections.
- Calibrate the system
Power on the system and perform a functionality test to ensure all connections are working correctly. Adjust settings as necessary.
