Overview

The nVent CCFI816 (SKU: CCFI816) is a modular cable entry gland plate designed for tool-free installation of 8 to 16 cables into industrial enclosures. Constructed from halogen-free Polyamide with an NBR/EPDM seal, this gland plate delivers IP54 protection against dust ingress and water splashes when paired with compatible nVent CCG grommets. The snap-in fastening system accommodates wall thicknesses from 1.4 to 2 mm, with an installation height of just 14 mm. Ten openings accept CCG grommets (sold separately) for strain relief and sealing, while unused ports can be sealed with dummy grommets to maintain IP54 compliance. Operating reliably from -30°C to +90°C, the CCFI816 meets UL94 V-0 flammability standards. Ideal for control cabinets, junction boxes, and automation systems in manufacturing, food processing, and pharmaceutical environments, this gland plate simplifies cable routing with pre-assembled or unassembled cables, including those with connectors. Trust nVent for durable, compliant cable management solutions.
