Overview

The nVent CCFI610 is a versatile modular cable entry system designed for efficient and secure cable management within enclosures. This plastic gland plate, measuring 106x70x20mm in black, offers a fast, economical, and tool-free solution for incoming cables, including those pre-assembled with connectors. It features an integrated seal and is designed for snap-in fastening into wall thicknesses ranging from 1.4 to 2 mm, with options for screwing. The CCFI610 provides ten openings that can be fitted with CCG cable entry grommets (sold separately) to maintain IP rating. When not all grommets are used with cables, dummy grommets are required to preserve the enclosure's protection. The material is halogen-free Polyamide, ensuring material safety. This system offers protection up to IP 65 when properly sealed with suitable grommets and cables. Its temperature resistance ranges from -30°C to +90°C, and it meets flammability standards of V-0 according to UL94. The installation height is 14mm. This system is ideal for applications requiring reliable cable entry and sealing within industrial enclosures, ensuring a clean and protected internal environment.
