M5 stainless steel screws, Cable seals, Washers, Nuts

  1. Prepare the installation area

    Ensure the installation area is clean and free of debris. Verify that the enclosure is suitable for the CCFO1024 installation.

  2. Mount the CCFO1024 frame

    Secure the CCFO1024 frame to the enclosure using four M5 stainless steel screws. Ensure the screws are tightened to a torque of 3 Nm (26 in-lbs).

  3. Guide cables and attach seals

    Guide the cables through the frame and attach the seals to the cables, ensuring they are pushed all the way in for a proper seal.

  4. Assemble the hood

    Snap the hood onto the frame and insert washers and nuts. Tighten the nuts from inside the frame to secure the assembly.

  5. Finalize the installation

    Click the inlays into position and remove any optional locking bars if not needed. Ensure everything is securely fastened and properly aligned.
