The nVent AFS12063-316 is a wall-mounted hygienic enclosure designed for demanding industrial environments. Constructed from AISI 316L pre-grained stainless steel, it offers superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing applications. This enclosure boasts an IP66 rating, equivalent to NEMA Type 4X, 12, and 13, and an IK10 impact resistance rating, ensuring robust protection against dust, water, and physical impact. The integral sloping roof, angled between 8 and 20 degrees with a 10mm overhang, facilitates liquid and debris runoff, minimizing contamination risks and simplifying cleaning. The single-door design features a 1.5 mm thick door with a one-piece silicone gasket for reliable sealing. Internally, a 2 mm galvanized steel mounting plate, marked at 10 mm intervals, allows for easy equipment positioning and includes holes for cable fixing. The enclosure body and door are 1.5 mm thick. Delivered with the enclosure, door, mounting plate, metallic key, and mounting accessories.
