This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the Door Stop Kit ADSTOPKSS6 onto a Hoffman enclosure.

Drill, Screwdriver, Wrench
Supplies needed:
M5 screws, M6 screws, Nylon washers, Lockwashers, M5 nuts, Shoulder bolt, Washer, Spring, Bushing
- Drill mounting holes
Drill two 6mm (.22 inch) diameter holes through the enclosure flange and two 6mm (.22 inch) diameter holes through the door at the specified locations.
- Attach mounting bracket
Bolt the mounting bracket to the enclosure body using M5 screws, nylon washers, lockwashers, and M5 nuts as shown in the installation diagram.
- Install guide bracket
Bolt the guide bracket to the door using the appropriate screws as indicated in the installation diagram.
- Attach stop arm
Bolt the stop arm to the guide bracket using the shoulder bolt as shown in the installation diagram.
- Secure stop arm
Fasten the other end of the stop arm to the mounting bracket using an M6 screw, washer, spring, and bushing as shown in the installation diagram.
- Verify installation
Check that all components are securely fastened and that the door stop functions correctly before energizing any circuits.
