How to Install the A1287JFGR Enclosure
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and wiring the A1287JFGR enclosure securely.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Wire strippers, Drill
Supplies needed:
Sealing washers, 1/4–20 screws, 1/4–20 nuts, Conduit hubs
- Prepare the enclosure
Place sealing washers and 1/4–20 screws in the corner bosses of the enclosure.
- Mount the enclosure
Align the screws protruding from the rear of the enclosure with the holes on the mounting surface. Feed screws through the holes and secure with 1/4–20 nuts and washers.
- Connect conduit
Use only U.L. listed or recognized conduit hubs that match the environmental type rating of the enclosure. Connect the conduit hubs to the conduit before attaching them to the enclosure.
- Drill drainage hole
Drill a 1/4” (6 mm) diameter hole at the lowest point on the bottom surface of the enclosure to maintain a UL/CSA 3R rating.
