    Stand the IDF enclosure upright and secure it to the wall using the six mounting holes on the wall section, ensuring it is level and stable.

    Remove the outlet box cover, punch out the knockout, pull the power cable through the conduit into the outlet box, and terminate the power and ground according to local IEC code.

  4. Route copper trunk cables

    Pull the Copper-A trunk cable through the conduit into the enclosure, route it up the left side of the rear backplane, and secure it using Tak-Ty and D-rings.

  5. Terminate copper cables

    Bundle the cables in sets of four, feed them through the openings in the patch panel, and terminate them onto the copper jacks according to the installation instructions.

  6. Install switches

    Install the Copper Switch A in the designated RU, connect it to the patch panel, and ensure all connections are secure and properly routed.

  7. Connect power cords

    Attach the power cords for the switches to the UPS, ensuring they are secured with Tak-Ty to prevent movement.
