T25 Torx driver, Tin Snips or Wire Cutters, Hand File
Supplies needed:
M5x0.8 x 12mm Button Head Torx Screws (Qty: 24), Grommets (Qty: 2), Brush Seals (Qty: 2)
- Prepare the cabinet for installation
Open the front door of the left-side cabinet to approximately 90° and ensure the area is clear for installation.
- Install the Front Panel
Slide the Day Two Front Panel through the gap between the two cabinet posts until the flanges contact the cabinet post. Secure the panel using M5x0.8 x 12mm Button Head Torx screws through the side of the cabinet post.
- Install the Rear Panel
Open the rear split doors to approximately 90°. Remove the left-side split door from the right-side cabinet and the right-side split door from the left-side cabinet. Slide the Rear Panel through the gap between the two cabinet posts and insert the tabs from the Rear Panel into the slots of the Front Panel. Secure the Rear Panel with M5x0.8 x 12mm Button Head Torx screws.
- Install the Brush Seal Pass Thru Kit
Using tin snips or wire cutters, cut the (14) tabs and remove the cut-out from the side panel. File down any burrs left behind. Insert grommets on the top and bottom of the cut-out and insert brush seals on the left and right sides of the cut-out.
