How to Install the FLEXFUSION Day Two Side Panel & Brush Seal Pass Thru Kit
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the FLEXFUSION Day Two Side Panel and Brush Seal Pass Thru Kit on a cabinet.

Tools needed:
T25 Torx driver, Tin Snips or Wire Cutters, Hand File
Supplies needed:
M5x0.8 x 12mm Button Head Torx Screws (Qty: 24), Grommets (Qty: 2), Brush Seals (Qty: 2)
- Prepare the Cabinets
Open the Front Door of the left-side Cabinet to approximately 90°. Ensure the area is clear for installation.
- Install the Front Panel
Slide the Day Two Front Panel through the gap between the two cabinet posts until the flanges contact the Cabinet Post. Secure it using M5x0.8 x 12mm Button Head Torx screws through the side of the Cabinet post.
- Install the Rear Panel
Open the Rear Split Doors to approximately 90°. Remove the left-side and right-side Split Doors by lifting them up. Slide the Rear Panel through the gap between the two cabinet posts and insert the Tabs from the Rear Panel into the slots of the Front Panel. Secure the Rear Panel with M5x0.8 x 12mm Button Head Torx screws.
- Install the Brush Seal PassThru Kit
Using tin snips or wire cutters, cut the (14) tabs and remove the cut-out from the side panel. File down any burrs left behind. Insert Grommets on the top and bottom of the cut-out and insert Brush Seals on the left and right side of the cut-out.
- Reinstall Doors
Reinstall the Right-side Door and the Split Doors to complete the installation.
