- Prepare the rack
Ensure the 19” rack is clean and free of obstructions. Identify the location where the PatchLink Cable Manager will be installed.
- Mount the cable manager
Using the provided #12-24x0.5 screws, secure the PatchLink Cable Manager to the rack. Ensure the screws are tightened to a torque of 9 +/- 1 in-lb.
- Install the cover
Position the cover flat against the front of the cable manager fingers and push to snap it in place, ensuring it is securely attached.
- Route the cables
For each row of 24 ports, place two cables in each slot on the manager. Route half the cables through each end of the manager or from one side of the rack as preferred.
