- Mount the controller
Secure the SP6X88PHD-C controller to the designated mounting surface using the provided mounting screws. Ensure the controller is level and firmly attached.

Thread the boot and collar onto the cable first. Remove 2.5" - 3.0" of the outer jacket from the cable end using wire strippers. Remove the matrix foil to expose the twisted pairs and fan them into respective quadrants.
- Insert the divider
Align the divider with the cable and insert the divider posts into the cable. Ensure the 'V' channel is aligned with the green pair for the correct orientation.
- Arrange conductors
Arrange the conductors according to the T568B wiring scheme while minimizing untwist. Seat the conductors into the proper divider slots while holding the divider near the end of the cable jacket.
- Install the load bar
Guide the conductors into the load bar holes while holding the conductors in the divider. Slide the load bar towards the divider until flush and ensure it is centered and perpendicular to the cable axis.
- Complete the termination
Grip and squeeze across the collar arms as the sub-assembly is inserted into the plug housing. Push the sub-assembly into the housing until the collar locking tabs clear the plug housing pocket.
- Final assembly check
Slide the boot forward and fully seat it onto the strain relief collar. Visually check the plug assembly for proper orientation and ensure there is no gap between the collar and divider.
