TX6 PLUS Modular Plug (SP688E-C), Cable (23-24 AWG), Strain relief collar, Load bar

  1. Prepare the cable

    Thread the collar with integral boot onto the cable. Remove 1.5 inches of the outer jacket using a wire stripping tool and cut the spline flush to the fanned pairs using a wire snipping tool.

  2. Arrange conductors

    Fan the twisted pairs into respective quadrants, ensuring the brown pair is opposite the orange pair. Close the divider by hinging inward and locking it in place.

  3. Insert conductors into load bar

    Arrange the conductors according to the T568B wiring scheme while minimizing untwist. Guide the conductors into the load bar holes and slide the load bar towards the divider until flush.
