Threaded bushings, M5 Torx screws (12mm), M5 Torx screws (7mm), Nut plates
- Insert Threaded Bushings
Insert [2] threaded bushings into the Side Panel Support Bracket. Use the included wrench to tighten the bushings if necessary.
- Secure the Bracket to the Cabinet Frame
Secure the Side Panel Support Bracket to the cabinet frame using [4] M5 Torx screws. Ensure you use a T25 Torx bit for this step.
- Attach Nut Plates
Use [2] M5 x 12mm Torx screws to secure the bracket to [2] nut plates positioned on the inside of the cabinet frame.
- Secure Directly to Cabinet Frame
Use [2] M5 x 7mm Torx screws to secure the Side Panel Support Bracket directly to the cabinet frame.
- Adjust Side Panels (Optional)
Use the included wrench to raise or lower the adjustment bushings for proper fit of the side panels.
- Install Side Panels
Pull and release [4] spring-loaded hinge pins to install the front side panel onto the cabinet frame, and [2] spring-loaded hinge pins for the rear side panel.
- Lock Side Panels
Close the rear side panel and set both locks to the LOCKED position.
