#10 AWG Jumper - 6" Long (Qty: 2), #10 AWG Jumper - 16" Long (Qty: 1), #10 AWG Jumper - 18" Long (Qty: 1), M6 Bonding Nut (Qty: 6), Anti-Ox, Cleaning Pad

  1. Prepare Jumpers

    Cut the #10 AWG jumpers to the required lengths: two at 6 inches, one at 16 inches, and one at 18 inches. Strip the ends of the jumpers as needed for connection.

  2. Install Rear Section Jumper

    Install the 16-inch #10 AWG jumper on the rear section. This jumper can be installed on the opposite side if the hinge direction is reversed.

  3. Install Door Jumper

    Install the 18-inch #10 AWG jumper on the door. This jumper can be installed on the opposite side if the hinge direction is reversed.

  4. Install Side Panel Jumpers

    Install the two 6-inch #10 AWG jumpers on the side panels.

  5. Install Bonding Nuts

    Install the M6 bonding nuts into the appropriate locations. These can be placed on any untapped holes in the middle section. Extra M6 nuts are provided for bonding the rear section to the earth with an additional jumper (not provided).

  6. Optional: Apply Anti-Oxidant

    Optionally, use the cleaning pad and anti-oxidant to create a better electrical contact between screws and sheet metal.
