The PTS tool installs Panduit Subminiature, Miniature (MIN), Intermediate (INT), and Standard (STD) cross section cable ties.

The PTS tool weighs 17.3 oz. (490 gr.) and measures 9.42 inches Long X 6.38 inches High.

The recommended regulated air pressure supplied to the tool is 75 PSIG (5.2 bar), with a maximum of 90 PSIG (6.2 bar).

The line pressure supplied to the regulator should be a minimum of 70 PSIG (4.8 bar) and a maximum of 90 PSIG (6.2 bar).

A filter/regulator with a 5 micron maximum element rating and 1/8 inch NPT ports is required. Air line lubricators are not to be used.

The recommended filter/regulator unit is Panduit Part Number PL289N1 (EU Part Number: MK-06).

The recommended main air supply hose is Panduit Part Number PPH10 (EU Part Number: PPH10G), which is 10 ft. long.

Connect the PPH10 Air Supply Hose's 1/8 inch NPT male fitting to the PL289N1 Filter/Regulator, and its 1/8 inch female quick disconnect socket to the PTS Tool.

Rotate the selector knob to choose the cable tie cross section (MIN, INT, STD). Fine adjustment can be made using the knob: 0-3 for MIN, 3-5 for INT, 6-8 for STD.

The life cycle of the blade under normal operating conditions is 100,000 cycles.
