This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the PZWMC12RR wall mount cabinet, including mounting, wiring, and initial setup.

Supplies needed:
3/8” lag screws, Washers, Mounting screws, Cable ties
- Prepare the cabinet for installation
Remove the door and side panels from the cabinet for easier handling. Ensure that the rear latches are closed before proceeding.
- Mount the cabinet to the wall
Position the cabinet on the wall and secure it to the studs using four (4) 3/8” lag screws and washers. Ensure that the screws penetrate the wood studs at least 2 7/8” and that they protrude 3/8” from the wall.
- Install the mounting rail
Adjust the depth of the mounting rail as needed by removing the M6 thread forming screws and lockwashers. Move the rail to the desired position and re-install the mounting hardware securely.
- Route and secure cables
Route the cables through the cabinet, ensuring to leave adequate slack to prevent damage. Secure the cables using cable ties at designated points to maintain organization.
- Reinstall the door and side panels
Once all components are installed and cables are secured, reinstall the door and side panels. Ensure that the door swings properly and that the plastic spacer is placed at the bottom of the door hinge.
