Mounting screws, Ground bonding cable
- Install Mounting Hardware
Align and install the mounting buttons with the screw holes on the sides of the PDU. Insert the mounting buttons into the keyhole slots on the PDU mounting bracket in the rack.
- Connect the Input Cord
Open the input cord connector latches on the PDU and insert the input cord plug. Close the latches to secure the input cord.
- Ground the PDU
Connect the ground bonding cable to the external ground bonding point on the chassis of the PDU to ensure proper grounding.
- Connect the PDU to Power Source
Turn the feed circuit breaker Off. Connect the PDU to an appropriately rated branch circuit and turn the feed circuit breaker On. Verify the OLED screen displays the main menu.
- Configure Input Cord Type
Access the Web interface of the PDU, navigate to the System Management page, select 'Set Input Cord', choose the correct cord type from the dropdown, and save the settings.
